Ms. Lily Kang is a divorce lawyer at The Zhou Law Group. She understands the struggle and stress most clients are confronted with and possesses an in-depth acumen of their needs and concerns in the legal process. Her excellent reasoning and writing skills have played an important part in helping persuade the Court to rule in favor of our clients. Proficient in English and Chinese, Ms. Kang is committed to providing professional and exceptional services to every client.

Ms. Kang obtained her juris doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated cum laude from the school. She has won Cali and Witkin Awards for academic excellence multiple times and earned Emery Merit Scholarship throughout her school years. Meanwhile, she is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for top law school graduates. Her excellent scholastic performance landed her a clerkship opportunity with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Jose while at school.

Prior to joining The Zhou Law Group, Ms. Kang clerked with the judges of San Mateo Family Law Court, empowering her with significant insight into the internal workings of family courts. She also worked as a certified paralegal in various law firms in Silicon Valley and familiarized herself with litigation procedures including the family law proceedings.

In addition, Ms. Kang actively participated in volunteer work and provided legal assistance to a wide range of clients including indigent individuals, immigrant groups, and entrepreneurs.
